Ever wonder what it would be like to live in the 1880s? The Mont De Lancey tour highlights comparisons between a modern home and this pioneer homestead. Try and guess which rooms are missing? Learn how people managed without mains water, hot water, electricity, phone, car and many other conveniences we take for granted today.

The tour winds through the property taking in the the beautiful gardens with lawns and stunning trees, including a magnificent 100+ year old oak. The Tour also includes the 1920s St Marys Chapel, historic timber kitchen, home dairy, blacksmith’s shop and vintage machinery shed. Finish your guided tour by exploring the extensive museum.
