Narana Aboriginal Cultural Centre

Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula

Step into this award-winning attraction and immediately you will feel part of a unique cultural experience. An award-winning tourist attraction, Narana seeks to build an understanding of Aboriginal history and culture in a welcoming, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Cultural education programs teach the wonders of Australia’s Indigenous culture, connection to the land, spirituality, laws, cultural designs, dreaming stories and more. Feed the friendly emus, wallabies and kangaroos nestled amongst native trees, walkways and gardens.

Explore the cultural display and performance building, art gallery, Café Narana and the retail outlet.

At Café Narana, enjoy an extensive menu including all day breakfast and lunch featuring dishes inspired by indigenous ingredients. Order a bush tucker tasting plate or the house specialty, lemon myrtle scones with fresh cream and jam.

The retail outlet stocks a large range of handmade indigenous items including boomerangs, didgeridoos, clothing, bush herbs, spices and health care products. There is also a quality art gallery featuring works by prominent and emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait artists at prices to suit most budgets.
