Red Gum BBQ offers long bench style seating (indoor/out) and a bar committed to supporting fine local wines and Victorian craft beers. The traditional Southern-style, grass-roots music playing will get ready to roll up your sleeves for some finger-licking, toe-tapping, good times.
With a focus on slow cooked, authentic Southern BBQ cuisine, meats are traditionally smoked for 12-16 hours using native Australian hardwoods in giant Texas offset steel ‘pits’. Meats are offered with traditional sides of Corn Bread, Mac n Cheese, creamy coleslaw, salads and more.
The Red Gum BBQ team believes that the time and devotion that goes into its menu is the key to its amazing food.
